Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Platform. By accessing the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Accounts and access

• Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's administrator; users do not self-register.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify your administrator of any suspected unauthorised use.
• Access is role-based; use only functions appropriate to your role.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
• attempt to access data belonging to another organisation or user;
• probe, scan or attempt to bypass the Platform's security or access controls;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
• use the Platform other than for its intended HSQE purpose.

3. Accuracy of safety records

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter — including personnel details, inspections and incident reports — is accurate and complete. Safety records must not be falsified.

4. Intellectual property

The Platform software and design are owned by the operator or its licensors. Records uploaded by an organisation remain that organisation's property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

5. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The Platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Platform.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required to protect the Platform or other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
